02 / Client work and trade marks
How the selected client work was delivered.
Company names and logos identify platforms to which Ricardo contributed as part of agency teams. Earlier campaign work for names including Red Bull and Motorola was completed through Brazilian agency teams. Work for BRF, Sadia, Instituto BRF and Abilio Diniz was delivered through Vorttex. Work for MyHeritage, Mend.io, Cato Networks, XM Cyber, Morphisec, Nucleus Security, CyberProof and Sett was delivered while contracting for Airfleet, which held those client relationships. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, those companies did not contract with Ricardo directly.
Names, logos and trade marks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the referenced organisations and work context. Their inclusion does not imply ownership, sponsorship, endorsement or a current commercial relationship.
No confidential client information, internal documentation or non-public performance data is intended to appear on this site. A rights holder can request a correction or removal through the contact address above.

Site delivery and security

Contact form and enquiries
If you use the contact form, Netlify processes and stores the name, email, selected service, website URL, message and source page so Ricardo can respond, assess the request and prepare any requested proposal. The same purpose applies to direct email and related correspondence.

- Unsuccessful enquiries are deleted within 12 months. Records connected to an engagement are kept only as required for the engagement, legal obligations or the defence of legal claims.
Call scheduling
If we agree to arrange a call after your enquiry, I may send a Cal.com link. The details entered there are used to schedule the call and may be synchronised with Google Calendar.

Service providers and international processing
The site relies on Netlify for hosting and contact-form processing, opens in a new tab, Cal.com for call scheduling when a call is agreed, opens in a new tab, Google Calendar for synchronising scheduled calls and an email provider. If analytics is allowed, it also uses Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4, opens in a new tab. These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area under the safeguards described in their privacy terms.
This site has no user account, newsletter or automated decision-making. External links only transfer you to another service when you choose to follow them.

You can ask what is held and how it is used.
Depending on the circumstances, data-protection rights can include access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
